CineAV holds an extensive stockholding of spares and consumables ensuring cinema downtime is kept a minimum.
With xenon lamps from leading brands, CineAV can meet the demands for just in time inventory management, guaranteeing no dark screens.
Service
Being factory trained and certified by Christie and other leading Cinema manufacturers, CineAV is authorized to provide warranty repairs both at our repair facility or even at your location.
CineAV can provide a wide range of services for out of warranty including, fault diagnosis, repair, cleaning of light engines and all optical parts, recalibration, firmware and software updates, factory reset etc. With thousand of man hours hands on with Digital Projectors, Cine AV’s technicians will get your projector system up and running and ensure continued.
In addition, Cine AV has both dedicated testing and staging areas designed to configure Cinema systems prior to going to site. This minimises screen down time for you and ensuring that installation goes both quickly and professionally in your theatre.
Cine AV also offers extensive training at our Johannesburg facility.
We can cater for groups of up to 15 people for training and even offer bench training for one on one technical high-level repair and maintenance.
